1.⁠ ⁠7-Day Return WindowCustomers can request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery.

2.⁠ ⁠Eligible Reasons for ReturnReturns are accepted only in the following cases:

Defective or damaged product

Wrong product received

Product not as described

3.⁠ ⁠Conditions for ReturnTo be eligible for a refund:

The product must be unused and in original condition

All original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories must be intact

An unboxing video may be required for damaged/wrong product claims

Product is used, scratched, or damaged by the customer

Missing original packaging or accessories

Request made after 7 days of delivery

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refund will be credited to the original payment method or bank account (for COD orders)
